Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We bring all supplies and equipment needed for service; we only ask our customers to pick up as best they can so we can access as much area as possible. Occasionally a customer has a product they prefer us to use & are willing to provide. If this is the case, a simple heads up prior to the service visit, will ensure we're prepared to use it safely and properly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We're all about convenience! We accept credit or debit card payments via PayPal, Venmo, and the CashApp; as well as payment by cash or check.

Do I need to be home when you come to clean?

It is fine either way! We enjoy meeting our customers, but most of our customers work, & are not able to be home when we come for cleaning. We're a professional service, with an experienced and vetted staff, able to enter & exit our customer's homes respectfully when needed.
